Bring a Friend Week is coming!!

The week of Feb 10-15 our members will be able to bring a friend for a free week of CrossFit!

Experience the workouts, the camaraderie, and the sense of accomplishment that comes from CrossFit!

For this special week, your friends can drop in to as many classes as they like for free. Show them what it feels like to have a whole community cheering them on, while you both build an even stronger bond over fitness.

Together, we’ll keep making our box a place where everyone feels inspired to push harder and reach new goals.
